The Registration Fee is $15 each term.
The Course Fee is $35-50 per course which includes all five (5) weeks of the course. If a course consists of 4-5 individual lectures or subject matters, you may pay $20 for one lecture. If you attend two or more lectures, you will be charged the full course fee.
Fees for study sessions and/or special guest speakers will be publicized separately.
TravelPolicies: All travel and trips will publicize the fees separately. Each trip will have separate cancellation policies.
Supplies: Class supplies will be paid separately and are noted in the course descriptions.
Enrollment Minimum and Maximum: Some courses have a minimum or maximum enrollment which is noted in the course description. If a course enrollment does not meet the minimum, you will be notified a few days before the course is scheduled to begin. If the enrollment is at the maximum, you may be placed on a waiting list. You are confirmed for your course unless you receive notification.
Refund Policy: Term registration fees are non-refundable. Course, Lecture, Event and Study fees are non-refundable except in the event a Course, Lecture, Event or Study is canceled. Refund checks will be issued at the conclusion of each term.
Guests: You may bring one guest who is not a current Encore University student to one session of a course that consists of three or more sessions and has not reached its maximum. Attendance for more than one session requires registration and full payment. Please contact the office to verify that the course has space and to provide the guest’s name.
Scholarships: Encore University has a scholarship fund for individuals who may need financial assistance to participate in our programs. All requests are confidential. Please contact the Encore University office at 480-991-6424 ext. 164.
